2022 has been an eventful year for the entire team at Didomi, and with the new year around the corner, we want to take the opportunity to reflect on the achievements, share our various milestones, and look forward to what’s in store for 2023.

Launching the Preference Management Platform (PMP)


As early as January 2022, we started the year off right by launching our Preference Management Platform (PMP).


Providing a scalable, easy-to-configure backbone for preference management, the PMP allows businesses to build Preference Centers, branded user interfaces for consumers to update their product and communication preferences (email, SMS, phone or other).




The launch of this new product marked a major milestone for Didomi, positioning our Privacy Suite as a trailblazer in the industry. It also highlighted our desire to go beyond the “notice and consent” paradigm, something that has since been echoed across the technology and privacy landscape, including by the Chair of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) in the U.S.

The PMP has already been implemented by industry-leaders such as Pierre & Vacances Center Parcs, Mediahuis, Decathlon, and more.


Main milestones and achievements from Didomi in 2022


Starting the year off with such a bang was only the beginning. Shortly after the launch of the PMP, Didomi announced the acquisition of Agnostik, a privacy tech startup providing data compliance automation services to organizations in the publishing and media industries.

On the product side, 2022 was full of milestones, with the launch of our SSO and an updated analytics dashboard for example. The Consent Management Platform (CMP) expanded to 10 new markets worldwide and added 10 new languages to the Console (totalling 45), and we launched the Data Privacy Barometer, an interactive tool for data privacy best practices around the world.


Human Resources was also a strong area for Didomi, as the company became certified as a Great Place to Work, and grew to a 120-employee headcount, working from 20+ countries.


Working with our amazing clients, we’ve released 10+ new success stories with brands such as Société Générale, Mediahuis or SNCF. Our customers have allowed us to reach the Leader position in G2's CMP category thanks to your 60+ reviews with an average rating of 4,6/5.


Finally, one of our biggest achievements of the year was the obtention of the coveted ISO 27001, one of the most demanding security certification in our industry. Learn more on our Security page.




Listing all the milestones and achievements from this year would be too long, but we want to thank all our collaborators, partners and customers for another amazing year!


Looking ahead: What’s in store for 2023


What can you expect from Didomi in 2023? 


First of all, we will be continuing our expansion in the U.S. market, helping our clients with their data privacy and compliance challenges. North America will be seeing a number of new regulations and data privacy laws come into play in the upcoming months and years, and we’re happy to be a partner of choice for companies there and around the world.


Consequently and as a direct result of our global ambitions, we will be introducing new features and programs in 2023, in order for our Privacy Suite to best serve our clients and address regulations across the board. Last but not least and as always, we will strive to deliver stellar performance, service and support to our customers, clients and partners.
